I like the way MLS works. I love it.but MLS can more friendly.
Everything about MLS is great except they can only report what agents give them for info which as a home buyer has been horrible , during my search , I have come across squatters, 203 K houses , and just poor info, and I don't understand why a brand new listing is sold with backups minutes after its listed, I realize there are investors and flippers that buy unseen, but how do they get the info before MLS , again back to the agents , MLS should hold the agents to a higher standard
MLSLI has changed, but unfortunately for the worst! def. NOT user friendly and if you decide to list a property, get ready to go through hell !!! the new platform? well, you be the judge!
