Best experience we have had so far! Everyone starting with Valet, registration, nurses, doctors every one was very nice and accommodating! Would have given 5 stars only negative which was they could use to add one more person in registration on the 5 am shift and that's more for the nice gal working there she could use the help. She was handling very well!
Wait time was horrible! Doctor had horrible beside matter. Been to TG many times never had any problems, but last night will be the last time I will take my son to Tacoma general hospital.
I appreciate the way they care and the way they check on each other . The made me feel warm and welcome here . There attention to details and the needs of the patient was made a priority. Thank you TG for everything.
