It’s my place of work....
My daughter has been in the hospital since the beginning of January with a severe infection that has produced serious side effects. All but one of the nursing staff have been wonderful. Unfortunately DO NOT trust the staff or housekeeping with any valuable items. We purchased a new tablet and case for our daughter and within a couple of days it went MISSING. Yesterday, my husband and I went for our tour of the Family birth center! And man, I was blown away! It’s beautiful! The rooms are so spacious, both delivery and postpartum! So clean and have so many options! I think I’m most excited to have the option to labor in the tub prior to delivery. I cannot wait to deliver there in May! I will give another review after our stay!

This place was amazing. Everyone was so friendly and took such good care of me. the NICU staff was absolutely fabulous and took such good care of my little one.
Wonderful nurses, doctors, and staff from the nutritionalists to housekeeping!
Be able to treat hernia mesh problems. Our daughter received a lack of care due to your medical center in Tacoma when her hernia mesh tore and you made her go home with a wound vac because of lack of follow-up care and sending her home without any pain meds and this has permanently damaged her heart. What you did to her is horrific and unforgivable.
Thank you for taking care of my son while he was there. All the Doctors and nurses are wonderful. Especially the case manager at Tacoma General. May God bless all of you!
