I've been there multiple time and it was ok. One of the receptionist is not very friendly. She clearly does not want to deal with people and is always quick to tell people that someone else will be right with them. The tech we had named Megan was awful. Completely ruined the experience for myself and my husband. I wish I would have rescheduled after her first rude comment, at least that way we would have received the attention we deserved.
