I am so irritated. I was denied services because i simply could not afford to pay the full co pay at time of service. They were very rude and disrespectful as well. They offered no alternative or help on what i coulr do. Just kept point at the sign and saying sorry we are not allowed to see you without the money first. (Like the money was coming out of their own paycheck or something) ugh!
While this is a BEAUTIFUL facility and so stylish. I didn't feel listened to by the nurse practitioner. I was there on Sunday July 2, 2017. I was in and out in 15 minutes, but without the antibiotics I so desperately needed. Of course now my infection is worse. I wasn't able to get into my dr until today, 3 days later because it was a long holiday weekend, so now I will have missed an entire week of work, been miserable, and sicker because my medical needs were not taken care of. Amazing atmosphere for an urgent care. All staff I've met has been friendly and so helpful. And it's open 7 days a week! Would recommend to anyone in a heart beat!
I had very quick service everyone was extremely nice and listened to you.. excellent care
I don't think I have ever had a better visit to the doctor. The nurse who checked me in was kind and understanding. The whole check in process was quick and I barely sat in the waiting room. I saw the dr quickly and was in and out in less than a half hr. And on my way out the receptionist kindly told me to feel better. What a nice place! Highly recommended!
So many urgent care clinics have wait times of several hours. At Indigo we only waited about half an hour for both myself and my 7 month old to be brought back to be seen for a cough. I really appreciated that they were willing and able to see us both at the same time with the same provider instead of having to wait twice. Everyone was courteous and genuinely listened to my concerns and made sure that they checked for possible other issues that I might not know about with the baby.
