They saw my husband drive up and opened the door for me so I could hobble in when I injured my calf a few weeks ago. They checked me in, quickly, even made us a hot chocolate for the wait! In the back the docs checked the muscle, assured me it wasn't serious, and sent me on my way with a set of crutches. I'm especially grateful that they handled my screaming baby with kindness. Much appreciated!!
This is my third time visiting a urgent care center & my first time visiting THIS urgent care center. From the moment we walked in the staff was attentive, welcoming & extremely friendly. Their entire staff made this visit worth 5 stars, but one nurse went above & beyond with her customer service & approach.
