No. If you have an underlying chronic medical condition do not go here for any concerns. They will medically discriminate you and put their medical agenda ahead of the patients concern. Then they will gather outside of your exam room and talk about you unprofessionally. The RT at triage was rude & completely unwilling to help. I was sent in to do a pre-travel Covid test by a NP that I had a video visit with. Due to the nature & urgency of my travels the, the NP had said “Be sure & tell them the nature & urgent nature of your travel. They will be able to get your test back in time”. The RT at the urgent care refused to even hear what I had to say as to why I was there. so I do not feel well, I am immuno compromised, and got a covid test and needed medical care as well. The employees here were AWFUL to me. Acted like I was an idiot because I was seeking medical care after getting a test. Your "professional" said oh people don't understand what they're supposed to do after the test, to quarantine till results come in. I have been seen here (referred to ER for a serious condition requiring admission and surgery), brought my elderly mother, and my teenager. Highly recommended for local urgent care needs. I wish there were more MultiCare services in Thurston County, their system is thorough and professional. Thank you for taking care of me again yesterday!

waiting in a room a hr after your appointment to see a doctor for 2 minutes. heard them go in other rooms that came in 20 minutes after me. that not right not the service I pay for and I feel like they don't want k help and they just want us out the door. this is the 2nd time I have a had a bad service there

I brought my two year old here with a fever after having already been to his pediatrician earlier in the day. His regular doctor said that he would be fine and fight it off on his own. my son later developed a fever so we rushed him to Indigo right before they were going to close. they were very kind and took great care of us, I didn't once feel like they wanted to rush us out. they took great care of my son and diagnosed his strep throat. Thank you all so much!
