so I do not feel well, I am immuno compromised, and got a covid test and needed medical care as well. The employees here were AWFUL to me. Acted like I was an idiot because I was seeking medical care after getting a test. Your "professional" said oh people don't understand what they're supposed to do after the test, to quarantine till results come in. To clarify I do not recommend the Mill Creek location specifically. I had one of the worst medical experiences I have ever had at the Mill Creek Occupational Medical Center. We went in for a follow-up on my two fractured fingers and got turned around, couldn’t find directions on their website, and were in the process of calling when we finally found the location. The receptionist was extremely rude as soon as we walked in the door (as in we hadn’t even gotten all the way to the desk when she started). She lied to me when I w... read more

I got turned away and suggested to go elsewhere At 5:15pm on a Saturday because they were “too busy” with two other patients in the lobby. ridiculous.
RecommendedHighly recommend! Made appointment online, treated promptly and accurately for laryngitis/sore throat/cough. Very clean! Caring atmosphere. Christmas Day visit! 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Not happy!! If they would of listened they would of realized that my daughter would of needed lab tests for influenza. Instead they pushed antibiotics for a “sinus infection” that she didn’t have. Waste of money.
My husband went her a couple of weeks ago for high blood pressure and had a great experience so when my daughter tripped, hit her head and cut her forehead to night they were the first place I thought to take her. We walked in the door and were immediately told that the doctor would do an evaluation and either treat or send us to the ER.
