These people suck! I use VA benefits. I called the night before and asked if they take that. She said yes to go ahead and make an appointment for the next day so they have enough time to check and verify the benefits. Guess what they DIDNT DO until we got there?? So we waited forever for them to verify. And the NP was so obnoxious and unhelpful. Just went through the motions and didn’t prescribe me anything. Nothing at all not even for my cough.
