Had an absolutely horrible experience with this company. The team they had is either grossly incompetent or completely reckless. Somehow the installers they had working in the apartment above mine managed to cut a water pipe in the wall while installing flooring which resulted in my apartment flooding with almost an inch of water. The owner came out and assured us that he would cut us a check “no problem”. However the process has been nothing but a problem. Tony and his team installed the new flooring in our showroom about a year ago and we couldn't be happier with how everything turned out and the customer service they provided.
