I was trying to make a deadline and ran out of a particular gauge of wire. I called and they went above and beyond to make sure I could get what I needed in time. I am so grateful for such good customer service!
Shopping at the Tucson gem show I was overcharged twice both times shopping! After the first time I went back and got credit for the overcharge and bought a few more items. This time I was overcharged a 2nd time $10 too much. I am not really wanting to drive all the way back to the holidome a 3rd time to get this corrected! These were both very simple transactions Swarovski buy one get one free I had 8 packages each $10 so I should have been charged $40 instead charged $50. The overcharges really made no sense.
