Solid apartment, relatively friendly staff and pretty solid pricing for the quality and area. Only complaint is that because its on a college campus (UW Madison) there is a fair bit of standard college lifestyle in the area, but this is a given in the area.
Mullins will NOT send proper notice before sending a maintenance or real estate employee into your home. Construction workers walk in and out of the house constantly, touching our items and our animals. For your own safety, DO NOT RENT. Do not believe these 5 star reviews for a second. Mullins employees regularly post fake reviews on sites like BirdEye, Yelp and ApartmentRatings.
