He is also the only salesman I will deal with because Lance knows when I’m ready I do not like to waste time. He values that and goes above and beyond. For instance I gave my 2022 to my wife. We were in the process of looking for a new car and had visited 5 dealerships including Muller's. Lance was knowledgeable, understanding, friendly, and most of all made you feel comfortable during the entire process. Questions were answered, options provided and then a non-invasive follow-up. Lance who was the salesman for me was the best salesman in my life!! He was really awesome!!! I powerfully recommend him to someone who want to buy a acura!!
I typically dread buying a car but working with Lance and buying from Muller’s was unlike any other car purchase. I appreciate their patient and low pressure style. Lance knew the cars well and was helpful with explaining the various trim levels when I considered buying an Acura in 2022 which is why we asked for him when we were finally ready to buy a new car in 2023. I would buy from Muller’again.
