Lance Dailey is a very professional, knowledgeable, efficient, and courteous sales person. This is the second RDX I’ve bought with Lance’s assistance and the third RDX from the Muller’s Acura dealership. Also appreciated Lance connecting me with Justin, the technical specialist at the dealership who is very patient and amazing as he explained all the old, new and improved features on my new Acura RDX. Extremely disappointing experience with the service department. I had been a loyal customer of theirs for a very long time, but will never return.
While at Muller for routine service I spoke with Mark Dettlo the Service Director about upgrade my RDX to a 2024 MDX. Mark related he drives a MDX and it was a great vehicle with a lot of new features. Mark's knowledge of Acura vehicles encouraged me to move forward with purchasing a new MDX. Lance was the best sales person I’ve ever worked with in my 20+ years of getting new cars. He was so knowledgeable about every part of the car and its capabilities. He took the time to answer all questions and we never felt pressured. He took the time to make sure the car was set up to my personal preferences before I left the dealership and kept in touch afterword to make sure all was going well.
