My certified preowned Subaru I bought from you was a huge disappointment. Paint on the rear bumper started peeling off after 3 months. Now almost all the paint is gone. When I brought that issue to your attention you told me you were not the ones who painted it it's my problem.
was treated so poorly by a salesman on August 11. WILL NOT RETURN. Libertyville Subaru is much better, don't waste your time here because their customer service is terrible. the salesman was extremely condescending and I felt completely discriminated. will be reporting this as well.

Our experience was wonderful! Our sales agent Alex was very nice, informative, and made sure the decision to buy a Subaru was truly our decision. We were able to negotiate a reasonable price and still go everything we were look for in our new Crosstrek. I would highly recommend the dealership and our sales agent.
I had a wonderful car buying experience. I've purchased 3 vehicles from this dealership.
No one help me and no one even acknowledged that I was even in the dealership. Unfortunately I was disappointed in their customer service!!!
