They cut my breakline while doing standard service. Had to get towed back.
I was extremely displeased with the service I received at Subaru. I just purchased a Crosstrack less than a year ago. After a short amount of time the leather seats began to deform. I brought the car in and had the seats fixed. After they were “fixed” their condition quickly worded even worse than before. I spoke to a Subaru employee who took pictures of the deformed seats and told me he would contact me in a couple days. Don't beat the piss out of my WRX repeatedly when I drop it off for service, don't break things on the car when I drop it off for service, don't lie to me about things having been broken while it was at the dealer, return my calls about things that your dealership did wrong (which the service manager repeatedly refused to do and still hasn't called me back) and finally, don't steal my wheel key to spite me when I complain about your dealership beating the piss out of my car and breaking stuff. First and most importantly, Marcus Bennett was the salesman. The only guy in the world who makes me feel comfortable enough to negotiate a new car, without my husband being present, or taking the lead.
