If you feel like spending hours on the phone with your insurance company than this is the doctor for you! Got a bill for almost 9000$ from collections FOR ONE VISIT. Got this 5 months after my appointment. Left multiple messages and after my credit dropping 120 points with no response from the office at all, I had to file a formal complaint with my insurance. I love Dr. Muller and don't understand why she gets two stars. I have been seeing her for years. If you're having an issue tell her. She listens and doesn't bite. Her heart is huge.

I've gone to her for years. She's straight up, and efficient. She's not American (I believe German or South African) and I think that's relevant because I think Americans in general expect service providers to be smiley, grinning and overly accommodating all the time and she's simply not like that. After I learned to not expect her to be warm and chummy we developed a great rapport and ironically have great chemistry. She simply treats you like an adult.
