Having some routine maintenance performed at the best dealership in the state. The service is second to none, friendly, professional and wait time is always kept to a minimum. They treat you like family and always do great work at a fair price so what’s not to like about Muller Honda! I am back again for an oil change and once again it was a pleasant experience. The staff are incredible and the service is second to none. No matter what is being done they provide fast, professional service at a great price.
They will sell you anything even though you don’t need the service just because you are a woman!!! Never going there again.
Great experience & excellent service
I had the worst experience ever. I needed some help in my car. The guy I met told me that he is not going to help because I bought my car from Schaumberg Honda. He was extremely rude and disrespectful. I still remember the exact words, “ I am not going to help you at all. Go back to Honda at Schaumberg and ask them to help you because you bought your car from them” . He then stood up and walked away. I told this to the manager before I left the store. I will never ever recommend anyone to go to Honda at Gurnee, IL at all.
They are always on top of it here Iv never had any problems when bring my car in for any service! They all make sure to take very good care of there customers and unlike many other places they do not tell you to do any thing unless it actually needs to be done I never take my cars any where else but here!
Wonderful people at this dealership!! Gave me a great offer on a new Accord - no pressure, no unnecessary negotiating. Just a very pleasant experience all around. Walked away feeling like I’m part of the Muller family
Muller Honda has been my go to service center for all my cars. They are knowledgeable and great a communicating what needs to be done. I will be returning for my service and maintenance.
Allen is service is Awesome! He’s been so wonderful the last few times I’ve had to bring my car in!!
Dan and Brian were very helpful and efficient when it came to all my questions and concerns, and made sure I got what I wanted and was happy.
