I am APPALLED at the way my family was treated here today. The visit started off nice enough,--considering we were a little strong armed into test driving a vehicle we have already driven before--but we were able to eventually get some of our questions answered. The problem started when we politely stated SEVERAL we needed to think things over, the salesman (Asher) and his manager panicked and started pressuring us and even went so far as to FOLLOW US into the parking lot. It was easy to find what I wanted. Sarah was new but helpful to get questions answered and me into my dream van. The process was not as stressful as I anticipated and I left happier than any other car deal.

Alan was informative and friendly and expedited my service so that I could make sure to make the appt that I had afterwards. He was a pleasure. Also in making my appt I changed the time several times and the staff was patient with me.
