Great Service - A real family type atmosphere, I almost feel part of the family
Always feel great after visiting this dealership. Very friendly and straight forward staff. Frank Pellini for the 2nd time has left us feeling great about our purchase.
Went to muller Honda on a Saturday to look at cars and the salesman told me that Saturday's were for buying and weekdays were for looking.

I have had an oil leak in my Accord for almost a year and no mechanic at Rosen Honda Gurnee has been able to fix it. This is an ongoing problem that I'm really getting fed up with. Cardboard placed under my car clearly has shown over and over again the failure to fix this leak. Pathetic.
Best customer service I ever had!!! Thanks to Jason, I was treated with kindness and respect! My car was in for a routine oil change. I was out in 40 minutes and the car was washed. :)

I had a terrible car buying experience with another dealership. Skeptically I gave Rosen Honda a try getting me into an affordable used car. Nicole called and reassured Rosen Honda had reliable used cars for me. After a short drive and a wonderful salesperson, Chris Mitchell, I am in a Honda Civic. The whole experience was wonderful. Everyone at Rosen Honda was warm and welcoming. Thank you for the positive experience and will be back for my next vehicle purchase.

This is the second time that we are using the services at Rosen Gurnee, we have just bought our second Honda Odyssey and we are so happy with their services.
