Okay but my gas cap still won't pop up...lubricate is not the fix...guess have to pop it out manually on my 07' Acura mdx

I generally like the dealership but I have had two really poor experiences with the service department in the last few months. I can't even get them to write up the concern properly or address it. Additionally, my car was returned in worse shape then when I dropped it off the last time. I am so disappointed. I used to love this dealership and the service. The personnel has changed and the service is not up to the standard of the previous Rosen Honda. I am really sad about this and my inability to get my car working properly.
