Friendly, helpful and the deal was basically the deal we dis Willam made my daughters first car buying experience stress free. He was knowledgeable about the car, the process and pleasant. My parents have bought 3 cars from Muller over the years and my daughter just bought her first.

Poor service I chose to drop the car off because they told me the diagnostics would run two hours. When I called three hours later, they left a note for the guy I checked in with. Two hours after that I called again and they still hasn’t touched the car. Then they said they couldn’t replicate when I called back @ 6:00. They never called to see if there were any tricks, nor did they tell me they were running behind in the morning. Stellar Service We brought in our Honda Accord to have the air bag checked due to a recall notice we had received. The work was done several hours earlier than the estimate which was much appreciated since we had a very busy Saturday planned. We will definitely be back for any future Honda needs we may have.

Very difficult to work with. The salesman Howard was rude and difficult, from the test drive to the paperwork. If my daughter did not have her heart set on the car I would have NEVER purchased a car from him.
