Very unprofessional when it comes to serious issues, they take days to answer emails and phone calls. Not to mention the multiple shootings right outside the building. Save your money and find a safer place.
In January 2021 I fell at work and broke 2 ribs, hurt my lower back and have nerve damage in my right arm. In May 2021 I had problems keeping up with rent and fell behind. I let Nancy know that I was filing for assistance via the City of Philadelphia phase 4 program which I was approved. Mulberry court Apartments is very lavish AND stylish with the new renovations.. Its beautiful with the new hardware type floors throughout the hallways and freshly done paint on the walls.. A BEAUTIFUL LIVING HERE AT MULBERRY COURT APARTMENTS.. PROPERTY MANAGER MRS Nancy IS SUCH A PLEASURE TO HAVE AS A PROPERTY MANAGER SHE MAKES U FEEL LIKE FAMILY LOVE THIS PLACE..
The people at M&M Management ( Moe, Nancy and Marcella ) were friendly, very helpful while still being very professional. They made my transition very pleasant.
