Laurie & the other instructors are creative, encouraging & genuine, plus the location is great: surfset boards, TRX straps, barre, weights, towels & mats. I would highly recommend all the classes here!

I was a new student on a Saturday morning Booty Barre class. Never done this type of class before. It was a great experience and I enjoyed how motivated the class was. Great music too! Very friendly and understanding towards injuries I am currently at PT for. I would definitely recommend checking this place out!
