I love receiving care at Stepping Stones Psychiatric care because they care about their patients there. They are always helping me with my anxiety and depression and I trust them to make the right decision when it comes to managing my medications. My experience with this doctor while my daughter was receiving inpatient care at Southwood was extremely disappointing and concerning. As a parent with a child going through one of the most difficult moments of her life, communication and trust with the treating doctor are incredibly important. Dr.Shaikh espouses the training, knowledge, skill & compassion to provide some of the best care that Pennsylvania has to offer. Dr. Shaikh is genuinely present and concerned for his patients, where that can make all the difference. Anyone seeking professional psychiatric treatment, Stepping Stones is my recommendation.
