We called Mug A Bug because we had a spider problem. The office staff was polite and got me scheduled right away. The technician Gabriel arrived at our home was professional and wanted to make sure we were happy with the results. We have used Mug A Bug for over 10 years and wouldn't go anywhere else!!
I definitely recommend Mug-A-Bug Pest Control. They are always accommodating when scheduling to include technicians AND they have a warranty between services...if you have an issue, they will come back out. I appreciate our Technician, Joe, as he reminds me via text the day before and will give me a 10 minute window text when on his way. Joe is professional and provides great customer service. He is an asset!
We have been using Mug A Bug for more than 8 years now, they have always been professional and courteous. One of the things that we appreciate the most is that they value our time and when they set up an appointment are always on time. We’ve had issues with ants and spiders and they have always been incredibly attentive to ensuring that the issues are resolved. We will continue to use them!!
Mug-A-Bug has the BEST technicians, Fabian is always friendly, informative, and patient with us! All of their staff, including the office, are always on top of it! They schedule us quickly, and are up front and honest with what we're needing to do to get the best results. We will use them for many years to come!
