Friendly, Fast service This is THE BEST Muffler Man out there by far. I've been to this location twice and I will definately return again. They always give me the best price and do quality work. I also have never been there for more than a half hour so its fast and dependable service. The owner and his wife are very friendly and welcoming. Went in today because my muffler supports rusted off. Bo was extremely helpful and gave me great pricing and was good at customer service. He made sure my car was road ready and that I wouldn't need to come in again for those issues. I highly recommend them.
Save yourself money (not to mention your engine) and do not, under any circumstances, trust your vehicle to Muffler Man. They did $600 worth of work on my truck while ignoring an oil leak that blew my engine. Thanks very much, Dean for making sure a single mom of three was stranded on her way home from work tonight.

This is the only car repair shop I will use in Grand Rapids. They have treated me so well that, when I had an out of town repair that I needed taken care of, I sought out the nearest Muffler Man!
I would like to thank Muffler Man crew for there generosity, and helpfulness. I don't even own a vehicle, currentlly I take the city bus across the street from there shop. It was snowing really hard one day last month, blizzard conditions and the owner yelled across the street and said " you come over here its too cold out here and wait inside my office, I will let you know when I see the bus coming, there is the restroom, hot coffee, snacks in the cabinet if your hungry please feel free too help yourself."
