Since Cathy and her staff are up to date on the tax laws, I don't worry about the accuracy of my taxes.
I approached Cathy to prepare my taxes and during the 2019 tax year she did a good job. Unfortunately in the subsequent year I found her to be unresponsive, lacking an eye to detail and disorganized pushing me close to a deadline she decided not to finish the work I hired her to do. It seems like Cathy is just too busy and perhaps burned out.
Cathy handles our small business accounting. I can't say enough about Cathy and her team. I never have to worry if my financials are correct. They stay on top of all my accounting so there is never a hurry up moment at the end of the year to try and fix my mistakes. With all the other things that I have to handle as a small business owner on a day to day basis my accounting is one thing I never have to worry about. Thank You for your wonderful service!
