Here to update these reviews as I live here currently. I’ve had a great experience renting here. The units are individually owned so that means you will rent from a landlord not a company/ complex. There has been a few bumps with water issues but I blame the city for that mostly. I absolutely love the location and the community is very chill. I will live here as long as I can ◡̈
We have had a good experience! Nice patios downstairs and they fix broken things! Nice neighbors. Easy parking and acccess
