Great atmosphere, music, staff/service and the groatmeal and avocado toast....AMAZING!!
It was very nice inside and the menu was so interesting. I had the stuffed avocado and it was delicious.
The food and service was impeccable. A band was playing, and were very good, but wish they could have been a little louder.
The food was amazing; our waitress was awful: wrong bottle of wine, double charged, more than 30 minutes to get drinks, 2.5 hour dining experience and we didn't have apps or dessert, and half the restaurant was empty.
Working in Deep Ellum, I order from here regularly. Tonight I came in to pick up a to-go order and was treated rudely by the hosts and I'm assuming a manager behind the bar. I guess a repeat customer coming in for fresh food after a yoga session isn't their ideal clientele for a Saturday night. Will eat again because I love the freshness and proximity to my work and home, if this treatment is a new thing I'll just find somewhere else to go. *shrugs*
Mudhen, we 💚 You. Best mimosas on the block and excellent service. My Quinoa Power Bowl was packed with flavor and the Groatmeal was tasty too!
I love this place and love how easy it is for my husband and I to eat here. We are boy gluten free and I am allergic to dairy as well. So it's nice to be able to eat out somewhere and have more then one thing on the menu to choose from. I am disappointed that there are no gluten free pancakes on the brunch menu. Someone told me there were and I was so excited and then very disappointed to learn that there aren't. A 45 minute wait and empty tables everywhere. We finally got a seat at the bar. There were tables that were empty for over an hour. My wife loved her food but mine was way over priced. The ham was no more than lunch meat and my bacon was under cooked. Interesting building though. One observation was that to be a wholesome all natural restaurant, the employees were the opposite with there weird hair, tattoos and strange dress.
