Bennie has been going to Muddy Paws since he was a pup; he is 8 now. We keep coming back because they are so good to him. Granted my dog easy and sweet, but I have also seen the staff work with difficult dogs and treat them just as kindly. Lastly they really work with their clients to find the right type of cut for your dog and budget.
I had submitted a review about a week or 2 ago but didn't see it post, so posting again. I ultimately would recommend this place, however I did end up taking my pup elsewhere for personal reasons that I don't believe would impact other customers. The staff were very friendly and professional and would greet my pup with enthusiasm. I was sad to go because my pup definitely loved going here. Muddy Paws has been our groomer of choice for our Great Pyrenees, Alaska, for the 7 years we've had her. They take extra care with her (I believe there is at least one dog whisperer on staff), do a beautiful job with the grooming, and she now enjoys going for her "spa" time. If we need a nail and foot feather trim, we can take her in, shop for food and treats while they are doing the trim, and she's ready to go when the shopping is done. Cam does a great job with our fur babies and their nail trims. He is kind and gentle with them and even picked up our old timer for her pedicure. Thank you sooo much!
They treat Foghorn like he’s their dog. He’s always happy to go in and see his friends. It’s definitely worth the 30 minute drive.
Great staff very friendly clean environment
I just want to everyone to know how amazing these people are! My dog is a rescue and he is very scared of people and new environments, the fact that he wags his tail when we pull up shows the true character and soul of the workers. We been going for over 2 years and now he has worked his way to the Dremel! Everyone Has been so Patient with him.
