I used to visit this location all the time. Unfortunately, they have moved to a half size burrito bowl for the same price as the full size one. $15 bucks for a bowl the size of a side salad and asking for tip at the checkout. It's so greedy. I won't return, there are lots of other great and healthy options in the area.
I went here for lunch on Thursday. Two people were working behind the counter on what looked to be take-out orders and there were four people sitting at tables in the restaurant, already eating. One side of the menu had a paper towel taped over it. I stood in front of the counter for five minutes and neither person working even acknowledged I existed. Usually I love Mucho Burrito and always get the tacos. I’m not sure if every location changed their tortillas but it is so bad now. They instantly break apart the moment I pick it up.
I visited this place yesterday. My friend and I were hungry, and instead of choosing another burrito brand, he decided to come here for the experience. Unfortunately, it was very disappointing. We walked in, and the guy at the counter didn’t smile or even greet us. Okay, that’s fine we let it go. I was with my friend when we visited this location, and honestly, the experience was shockingly poor. We came in expecting the same great service we’ve had at other locations, but this one completely missed the mark. From the moment we walked in, the staff member was not at the counter.
