I had a really disappointing experience at this Mucho Burrito location. The employee ( specially the short brown girl around 4-5 pm ) was extremely rude and unprofessional. Instead of being welcoming or helpful, her attitude made me feel very uncomfortable. Customer service is just as important as the food, and sadly, they failed on that front. I won’t be coming back to this location and hope the management seriously looks into how their staff is treating customers.
Best Mexican Food in Town! Come here for lunches and Dinner all the time. Staff is super friendly and welcoming. Music lately has been bumping & makes you want to dance! 10/10 recommend
I ordered a chicken bowl at Mucho Burrito and it was absolutely delicious — fresh ingredients and full of flavor! Nathan provided excellent service, very friendly and attentive, which made the whole experience even better. Thank you, Nathan, for making my visit so enjoyable. I’ll definitely be coming back! 🥗
