I had a fantastic experience at Mucho Burrito! The customer service was outstanding — the staff was incredibly friendly, patient, and made me feel genuinely welcomed. They went above and beyond to ensure everything was just right. The food was equally impressive — fresh, flavorful, and perfectly prepared. Every bite was packed with authentic taste and high-quality ingredients. Easily one of the best burrito spots I’ve visited. Highly recommend!
I had a great time dining here with a friend tonight! The customer service was excellent, the food was delicious, and the amounts were generous. This Mucho Burrito store in Barrie had the best quality and size out of all the ones I tried. When we dined in, the server stopped by to see if we needed anything further, which was a thoughtful gesture. The atmosphere and music were fantastic as well. Strongly advised!
I have recently gone to this store. The staff was so friendly that they offered me extra portion of protein in my Burrito and they give me some complimentary fries just because I visited for the first time. Love it!!
☆☆☆☆ – Lying to Cover Up Rudeness Don’t be fooled by the owner’s response. I placed and paid in full through Uber Eats. He tried to double charge me for bowls I already paid for — not just “extra sauces” like he claims. Only when I pushed back did he realize his mistake and then tried to save face by saying it was about sauces, which were included in the order anyway.
