It’s heat
Stopped by Mucho Burrito today and it was disappointing. The rice was stale and the burrito just fell apart. Honestly, a waste of money. This is the second time in the last couple months I’ve had issues with the quality here. Back in 2019 this spot used to be amazing, but it’s really gone downhill. Definitely not recommending this location.
I’ve had one of the most disappointing experiences at Mucho Burrito – Aurora — and sadly, this is not the first time. From the moment I arrived, the customer service and overall attitude toward guests felt indifferent and unwelcoming. Despite placing a very simple order, I was left waiting an unreasonably long time with no updates or apologies. After far too long, I had no choice but to cancel my order and leave.
