Had a very disappointing experience at this location. The staff was quite rude, especially the slim, short girl with glasses. I asked to have lettuce added to my bowl right after it when the lid was closed, and she bluntly responded that she couldn’t do it because the box was already closed even though it was clearly still in front of her and could have been easily reopened. I visited Moncho Burrito recently and had a very disappointing experience. I ordered regular fries, but the staff insisted I had ordered something else, which led to an unnecessary argument.
