Horrible experience. I walked in and stood in line with no other customers present and the guy working there completely ignored me for almost 5 minutes while he fiddled around. Another worker was seen sitting on a milk crate scrolling on her phone. A simple acknowledgment would have been appreciated. If a customer comes in the door, they should be your priority. Fresh. Flavourful. Memorable. Friendly.
I’ve never been to this location but I will not be coming back. I got a bowl and my partner got a burrito. It basically consisted of cold rice. The bowl nor burrito was warmed at all and the toppings were sparse. The veggies didn’t look fresh and when we asked for lettuce he put 3 pieces on, mind you the lettuce was chopped up. It’s disappointing that places like this can’t put adequate amounts of ingredients so it can actually be enjoyable. Won’t be coming back.
