Today June 4th at 9:10pm. I was treated with the upmost disrespect and complete disregard to customer service by the staff at this location. When giving my order I was met with a hostile attitude towards me for absolutely no reason other then the staff wanting me to answer them in only the words they are asking. I left a message on the voice mail as the staff would continue to hang the phone up on me so my only option was to leave a voice mail message along with this negative review and one from the main mucho burrito site. ... read more
It was really busy, but the girl working there was really good at her job. The way she handled such a busy time was some of the best customer service I’ve ever seen.
If you want crunchy rice, bad service and a long wait this is the place for you. Couldn't even finish my bourito it was shockingly bad.
Rude staff, messed my order up and very messy dinning area
