The restaurant was clean and the staff were fairly nice, but the food was very poor. I picked up two burritos and, in addition to being out of three proteins, the food was low quality overall. In particular, the cilantro was mostly stems, the jalapeños were completely dried out, and the pico de gallo had massive chunks of tomato and onion instead of being diced, and the tomato also included the stem. My husband and I went into the store Thurs 21 Aug 2025. Employee was sweeping up the store at the door. The floor in the restaurant was filthy. We went to the order counter and stood for several minutes while the employee continued to sweep the floor. No one came to help us and we finally left with no food. We were the only customers in the store. Would not recommend.
Me and my wife love mucho burrito, this establishment has issues that make us never want to go back. The staff never wear hair nets or hats so 50% of the time we go or order take out theres hair in our food, very gross and unsanitary. Will be getting ahold of owner/corporate since this is not acceptable under food safety laws.
Just wanted to say that the staff working today were efficient, courteous, and a pleasure to order from.
