Ordered burrito and it looked like that girl stole all the ingredients, she barely puts chicken in a burrito same as the rest, which makes burrito small size and they charge you for a regular. Please teach ur staff to understand what is small and regular size burrito!
I had an amazing experience at Mucho Burrito thanks to Menka Ji. She was incredibly friendly, patient, and attentive, making sure my order was exactly how I wanted it. You can tell she genuinely cares about providing great service and takes pride in her work. The food was fresh, perfectly made, and her positive attitude and smile made the visit even better. I regularly visit this Mucho Burrito location, but I had a very disappointing experience during a closing shift. This was the second time I visited when the same guy was working, and both times he did not wear gloves while preparing food. What concerned me the most was that he handled toppings with his bare hands, and I did not see him wash his hands before taking my order. I cant really rate the food as I never got to even order. Online it says they open at 10 and i got there at 1115 and they still werent open i called and she said she wasnt opening for another 10 minutes so i went to Edo instead 🤷♀️ not ideally a good impression
