The blonde employee in particular was SO rude with terrible customer service. I’m not one to write bad reviews or complain but she not only was unhappy to serve us but continued to make snide remarks. The snow cones weren’t just amazing to return back with that kind of service. My family has been going here for years but will now drive the extra mile to summer snow.
I love this place!!! The workers are always so friendly. They give me suggestions I never would have tried before, even butterscotch. Who would have thought that? Haha This is definitely a family friendly establishment. I also really love the benches to sit at.

Have always had accurate and generally fast service though sometimes they can be on the slow side but that's rare. Not very good at communicating news such as change of hours or what days they will be closed, if any notice is given at all its on Facebook not at the stand itself. All in all a great sno cone stand and the best part of summer.
20 years of coming here down the tubes all in one visit. They made my order wrong, which they did fix. They gave my wife a large ice cream flavored snocone with NO flavoring. The inside was white and hard as a rock. We took it back up to the stand where they informed us that they had used the last of the juice on hers. They couldn't give her what she ordered but then refused to give her her money back. Sheesh! What a racket.
