Nice atmosphere and great food but the music was a bit too loud for conversation.
I cannot express how disappointed I was with my service tonight. First we received our food before having water or our drinks. It took longer for you to complete our payment than it did for us to receive our food and consume it. I know you were having credit payment/ technological issues, which occurs. But then did nothing- no communication from a manager apologizing for the delay, no asking if we wanted another drink while we waited or even offering to comp something from our meal.
