I reached out for an estimate to repair minor bumper damage. Instead of offering a repair option, I was told : new bumper ! After getting multiple opinions from other reputable shops, I was advised that the damage can be repaired at a much lower cost without replacing the bumper. This shop was also very slow to respond — I had to follow up multiple times just to get basic answers. Be cautious and consider getting a second opinion before committing to an expensive replac

I have used MTJ body shop for over a decade and they are the absolute best. They have repaired every car I’ve had and always provide great service & good prices. I always leave with my car looking brand new. They are the only shop I would take my car to and I highly reccomend them!

I recently asked for a quote and they made me go through hoops and hurdles just for them to never contact me. I tried calling for 2-3 days all I reached was their voicemails, and when I finally got in contact with someone they repeated the same thing “we’re going to send you the quote right now, you’ll get it in a moment” never got it.
