Great customer service from the staff.
Today was my first time being a patient at Mt. Zion Urgent Care. I was very impressed by the professionalism that the staff displayed. The front desk staff were very detailed with the directions for the sign-in process. The technology was clear and not intimidating at all. Mrs. Khai Salaam was so compassionate and thorough with her examination and her knowledge about my injury. I would definitely recommend this facility to family and friends.
By far one of the if not THE WORST Urgent Care on the planet. I went in to be seen for a sinus infection and was told I would have to take a Covid test and it would be $90.00 based on my insurance. $90.00, really?!?! Last I checked Covid Test are free and you can pick them up anywhere. The fact that you are charging people, especially those that may not be able to afford it is incredible and bad business.
