RecommendedThey were all very polite. They were over booked, and yet after the Dr. asked what my little girl needed to be seen for(bad ear infection) he said she needs to be seen soon. He squeezed her in, he didn't have to but he did. When I spoke with him, he didn't make me feel like she was a extra pup or burden. He talked with me very kindly and professional, and treated her very kindly. From the bottom of my heart, I appreciate it.
I'm heartbroken, I had a medical emergency with my puppy today, she was 3 months old, she had eaten something and was dying in my lap, your ladies were rude, refused to help us, i understand covid had alot to do with it but when we asked where we could take her since you wouldn't help us you refused to tell us. we had to drive all the way to gosford but my daughter's puppy passed away in my lap on the way. you guys could have offered help.

The Reno’s have been very kind and professional over the years with my varied and numerous pets. My 3 now are Bandit, Buddy and Gracie, and yes we all made it safely to North Pole Alaska. We thank u and your caring staff for all of the care and love. We will miss u.
Dr Shane has been my dogs’ doctor since 2007. He is a very professional yet extremely kind gentleman. His staff is friendly and helpful. I always recommend this place to all my family and friends.

The staff is super helpful & friendly. Very pet friendly as well. 2 bad I don't live close but I'll go out of my way 2 take my doggies there because it's totally worth it.
First time owning a Dog and the Vets along with the front desk staff were great . I was a little nervous since this was my first time but they sure made it quite easy ,i look forward to bringing my Dog back here for check ups and definitely recommend it .
