We had two doors installed this week the two installers *** and ****. They did an excellent job and they answered all of our questions and theres no waste of time between them because I think they knew what each other wanted to do in other words they work very good together. Mt. Pleasant Window & Remodeling Co. did an excellent job remodeling our existing bathroom. They replaced the tub, toilet & installed a new tub surround with updated fixtures. The installers ******* & ******** did a great job. They respected our home & cleaned the job site after each day. They were very pleasant to work with, knowledgeable & took the time to explain any questions or concerns that we may have had. They did an excellent job! ***** ***** and **** did a "Great" job with the installation of a bay window and double hung window. No complaints with the installers. Our only complaint is why when we ordered 2x2 grates for the 2 double hung bay window and after approximately three phone calls, the windows came with 2x3 grates. Not what we ordered. We are keeping them since the new grates would have to be reordered, then wait for them to come in and then have someone drive 1.5 hours to our home to reinstall. Mt Pleasant Windows did an excellent job with our window replacement. ************* were punctual, they covered the floors & cleaned up when the work was completed.Most importantly, these windows look amazing & we couldnt be happier. ******* called when the project was completed just to make sure everything went well. We had Mt. Pleasant Window and Remodeling replace three windows. **** and **** were the installers and couldnt have been nicer. They were prompt and did a great job cleaning up, inside and out. The windows look and work great. Would definitely recommend.
I called the Apollo Window Company, which I have no complaints with because they delivered what was promised. I understand they are no longer in business, but they sold my account and had their phone number which was forwarded to Mount Pleasant Window and Remodeling. With Apollo Window I got six windows on the front(weather side) of my house that originally had wooden ******** windows that caused me mold problems. The front replacement windows that Apollo window delivered are still in service and they do great. I do not know... read more
They installed a new garden window for us. The crew of Joe, Chuck, and Todd were prompt, courteous, and very respectful of our property. They protected all the surfaces they contacted and cleaned up after the job was done. Better yet, the window looks great. The job was done in a professional manner.
Terrible company to hire they do not return phone calls will not finish a job that was suppose to be done a month ago. Would not recommend to anyone.
Avoid this company. Roof replaced. Leaked with extensive interior damage. Submitted insurance claim; adjuster found "shigles along front of house installed with no overhang past vent system and drip edge areas where did not overhang gutter." Called company; sent rep out and was told they "fixed" problem. 4 weeks later shingles appeared to separate at both end of the roof and protimer (used to record moisture) continued to read "wet". Talked with company rep who appeared unconcerned. Used another contractor who described job ... read more
