My experience was very positive. There was no sales pressure to buy or spend more than I wanted too. The installation staff was professional and cleaned and removed all waste. My new doors are beautiful and add value to my home.
Yesterday was a beautiful day, so I decided to wash windows. After I cleaned the window, I was not able to close the top part. It seemed to be crooked in the ********** did not want to force it. I called April. ******* was at my home to fix the window within 2 hours. Thanks to both **************** Great, efficient job.

The level of service that you receive when they are in your home is top of the line for sure. I would and do recommend them to everyone.
*** and **** installed a Provia black door. *** and **** work very well together. *** is a perfectionist and does the best work because he takes pride in his work. Both *** and **** are extremely courteous, well mannered and did a great job at cleaning up when they were done. Great business to work with. ****, *******, and the other workers were friendly, respectful of our home, kind, and did an amazing job of installing 2 new windows. Will be using them again for new doors. Highly recommend. The clean up afterward was amazing!
We have used Mt. Pleasant Window twice. The first time they replaced most of the windows in our two story house. They did a great job. The crew was competent and friendly. They made sure that every thing was clean when the job was done.Since our first experience was positive, we recently hired them to install a 5 lite bow window and a French door. We were not disappointed. The crew of ***, *******, ****, ***, and ******* were a joy to work with.
Workers were competent and efficient and polite. Installation and clean up was complete in a very reasonable time. Windows are quality. Will use again.
