While not our normal vet, the McKinley team treated our dog during an emergency and surgery. They were professional and caring. Services were reasonably priced.
I really wanted to like this place. They are consistently late with their appointments by 30+ minutes. Twice now the doctor made appointment for urine collection at 0830 but didn't take dog back to collect till 0900. They have the dog a total of 5 minutes. This is unacceptable. When I came in for second time I explained to front office I didn't want a repeat but it happened anyways. They must have enough business to not care about the wait times or to manage their time better. I will not be returning. Thank you for being one... read more
Warm caring staff that is attentive to needs even if you walk in with out an appointmemt.
Sometimes it’s sad and has been wonderful at times also...they care for our fur babies & is also!!! They are the best always... Wally, Pam, Bailee, Monte and Rhody too... ps: Thank you for being here for us always over the past 40+ years.
These people are wonderful! I am 3 weeks new to town, all by myself and my only friend up here became critically ill. They have been fabulous in taking care of my kitty and helping me understand her condition and reassuring me. Callie getting sick wasn't the "Welcome to Fairbanks" I wanted but the staff here made me feel so welcome and comfortable and not alone!
I would just like to say that my brief experience with Mt. McKinley Animal Hospital was very positive and I look forward to taking my pets to them in the future. I had set up an appointment for a very sick guinea, but when I went home to pick her up, she had already died. I called to cancel the appointment and the staff was warm and empathetic.
