I’m never bringing any of my animals here ever again!!! Had an Urgent Care appt. when they were called after sitting in the parking lot for over an hour they said we didn’t have a real appointment. I’m sorry they were the hospital scheduled it when I called so how dare they say it wasn’t a real appointment! They don’t know what “urgent” means. Sitting in the parking lot for over two hours until they finally came to take the animal to examine him. And why can’t an owner come in to help keep their animal calm?! Don’t You guys ... read more
I absolutely love Dr. Chen and so do my dogs. Unfortunately, I will never return due to the attitude of one of the front staff. I have specifically only gone here for veterinary services until now. Utterly disappointed in them.
Took my dog in yesterday for a 4:30 appointment and I was pretty impressed at how smoothly and efficiently they operated at getting everyone taken care of with the drop off process during Covid precautions! And the best part was how Dr. Kuhn and the staff still made it feel as if we were inside talking one on one even though we were communicating by phone. It was a very stress free visit. Thank you so much! Highly recommend!

I been there 3 times with my pets ... And they have taken great care of us 🤩 Never late as soon as we check in and whats best ! They give us a room with privacy for my crazy Fur babies ... I used to go to North pole vet and I can see a BIG DIFFERENCE IN STAFF AND CUSTOMER CARE ! Thank you ! Keep they good work !
Dr. Kuhn Takes amazing care of our Rott puppy! He is so knowledgeable and very easy to talk to! We love being apart of the Mt McKinley hospital family😊
