New patient I went to Mt Lookout this week for my first visit after relocating from Phoenix. The staff was super, very accommodating & thorough! I felt very well taken care of!
Excellent Care This was my third visit to Mount Lookout Dentistry to see Dr. Brenda Bertsch, and it was outstanding, as usual. The dental hygienist, Hannah, was thorough and careful while she was doing her job. She also talked about the cost and billing before performing an x-ray. Dr. Bertsch takes pride in her work. She's helpful by explaining procedures and keeping on eye on issues that may change between visits. I have been very happy with this dental practice; indeed, I am probably their longest-serving patient having first been a patient in 1956. While that is a long time before Dr. Croop acquired the practice from Dr. Whiteman, I have been as pleased with Dave Croop as I had been with Ken Whiteman. It's not so much that I am strangely committed to having only one dental provider in a lifetime, as I am pleased with the medical competence, concern for the patient, and just generally superior performance at this practice.
