I am always very happy after I leave the dentist as I am so impressed by the professionalism and courtesy I received. I had griped some that I was hungry and having a caffeine headache when I was asked to stay a little longer to have filing done on a tooth. Dr. Gosnel offered me almonds and an apple and the assistant had hot coffee waiting for me when I checked out. I appreciate the time each employee takes to get to know patients. Everybody is always calm and collected and seems to enjoy their job.
Amy did a great job and both she and Dr. Gosnell were sensitive to my time constraints, which I greatly appreciated.
